Heads made out of mass
About this project...
This project was based on; making 3D faces with modeling mass. The first thing we learned was about facial proportions,we learned were to put the eyes, nose and mouth in the face for it to look as realistic as posible. Then, we stared making the face form with the neck and hair, depending on each design and on each person.
The nex time that we had to work we make the expretions: the eyes, mouth, nose and hair.
We needed to cover the mass with wet paper and a plastic bag for it not to dry until the next class came. After all this process, we let the mass dry and the last period of class we used it to paint and make it as fun as posible. At the end we let out heads 2 days for them to dry and the project was done.
how did i like this project...
I had lots of fun in this project because you needed to be very creative and good at making had stuff. You also needed to be somekind concentrated in what you where doing because if you putted the nose in a place where it didnt belong it wouldnt look real. I really enjoy making a 3D face because its something different, and you dont have the oportunity to learn about all days. I like working with mass because if you mess it up, you can start over with no left overs. I would love to work again with mass, and facial proportions too.

how did i like this project...

Symbolic Map
About this project...
This project is based on making a map to an non-existant place, and make the places in the map somehow relate with ourselfs.
The first thing we learned was symbolism: the way we colud represent something we have or feel in a drawing. After we did some exercises about symbolism we did a first draft where we could see how our maps were going to look like. After our teacher told us everything was well done, we started making pur maps, the map had a rubric that told us how many features did we need to put and how to put them.
We had about 3 periods to finish the drawings and then 2 more for paintig. at the end we had a very nice drawing and we could clearly see our creativity.
family beach- I love beeing in family and surruonded by the people that i love, and specially in the beach where we can share much more.
Flower delta-I am very femenin and love flowers
Polo valley-my family and me loves polo and I know hoe to play it and I enjoy it a lot.
Ortodentist grassland-when I grow up i will be a dentist i like them a lot too.
Chocolate volcano-I am #1 chocolate fan. I love it
Triping jungle- I love triping and flaying on planes.
Spanish island- one of the thing i most love in earth is Spain is my dreams comed true.
How did i like this project...
Tis project was my favorite this year because it had a lot to do with our feeling and way of thinking. Each little drawing represented something that is important and very valuable for each of us. for me was something very representative for my life and Iwill never forget their meanings. I really enjoy making this map and i was supprised with the results that I had.

This project was very fun too, we needed to make any kinds of lines in a piece of paper and then be creative and paint them in different forms.
This project algo had a guide that told us how many straight lines, how many curvie and in what forms. As I said we needed to apply the tecniques that our teacher tought us, those where: cross-hatching, pointillism and graduation or more known as shading. we aplied our knowledge and worked hard.
How did I like this project...
I enjoy making this project becuase it was very free and we were not forced to make any stile. Everybody showed what we were good at and had fun making this project. When students like what they do, put much more effort and we have better grades, that for me, was what happend this case, everyone loved what they where doing and putted a lot of effort.
